PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
You may return an item within 7 days from delivery date, for a refund or replacement. To qualify for refund or replacement, items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and stickers attached. Please submit your request using our automated RMA System.
We will not accept returned merchandise without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without authorization will not be processed for refund or exchange.
1. Create a Request for RMA by logging in to our RMA website. If you do not have an account yet, please click SIGNUP and provide accurate information such as name, shipping address and a valid email address.
2. Please provide a detailed description of the reason for returning the product.
3. We wil review your request within 2 business days, do not send you item until you have received an RMA Number. You will receive a notification email when your RMA Request is approved. You can also log in to our system anytime to check the status of your request.
4. Upon receiving an RMA Number, login to our website to print your RMA form and packaging slip. Ship your item.
5. You can monitor the status of your return (24x7) by logging into our website.
Items must be in factory sealed packaging to qualify. We can not accept it for return if the seal is broken.
An item must be returned in excellent condition and the original manufacturer packaging.
We cannot accept returns on e-juice, tips, cartomizers, batteries, tanks, or atomizers. If you purchased a full kit, we cannot accept returns on these extra items. This part of your order will be deducted from the purchase price.
Merchandise on Clearance or Special Price at time of return will be refunded at the clearance price.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
We recommend using USPS priority mail with tracking for the return.
**Please make sure to securely package your items, preferably in a box with bubble wrap or packing peanuts. If your items are not securely packaged, they may be lost or damaged during shipping.**
If your product needs to be sent in for repair, please fill out the RMA forms to include the reason for return, your mailing address and any additional information you want us to know so we can process your repair.
